How long does it take to get to Woodbury Common?

Woodbury Common is about 40 miles from Manhattan and it takes about 1 – 1½ hours to get there depending on traffic and weather.

How long will we stay at the outlets?

Based on the average, most passengers do 5-5½ hours shopping time on the tour. However, you can book any departure time and any return time available when you make the reservation to have between 2½ to 10 hours of shopping.

What happens if I would like to leave early or later than the reservation I have?

You can simply call the office at +1 212-901-3013 to request permission to change his or her reservation and is subject to availability.

Are reservations required?

Yes, you must book to guarantee a seat on the departure date, time and place of your choice. You can book online, email or call us at +1 212-901-3013 from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily.

What happens if we miss the bus or can’t go on the day we book our tour?

You must contact us to cancel an advance reservation or it is subject to forfeit. However, your ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of the tour so you can contact us anytime to change or reschedule a new date. If you miss the reserved return bus, you can call to rebook on the next bus subject to availability.

Can I take a suitcase? Are they recommended?

Of Course! Bring as many you may need. You can take a suitcase to store purchases if you plan to do a lot of shopping. We recommend to bring a suitcase to avoid holding the merchandise so you can have a comfortable ride back to Manhattan.

Can I bring a stroller? Are children free?

Please feel free to bring a stroller. Children 2 and under are free however will be required to be lap infant. If you would like to have extra space, you will need to purchase an additional seat.
