Getting from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to 51st Street & Broadway in Manhattan, is easy, you have several convenient options:

Exit the ferry terminal and walk west on East 34th Street.

Continue west until you reach 5th Avenue.
Turn right on 5th Avenue and walk north to 51st Street.
Turn left on 51st Street and walk west to Broadway.

Bus

Exit the ferry terminal and walk to the 34th Street-Hudson Yards subway station.

Take the 7 train from 34th Street-Hudson Yards to Times Square-42nd Street.
Transfer to the 1 train at Times Square-42nd Street.
Travel one stop to 50th Street.
Exit at 50th Street and walk one block east to Broadway, then one block north to 51st Street.

Subway

Exit the ferry terminal and walk to 34th Street and 1st Avenue.

Take the M34A SBS bus at 34th Street and 1st Avenue.

Ride the bus to the 34th Street-Hudson Yards stop.

Transfer to the M20 bus at 34th Street and 10th Avenue.

Ride the bus to the 50th Street and 8th Avenue stop.
